Prices / Payment

Due to fluctuations in raw material prices, goods are invoiced at the current rate without prior notice. Prices displayed on our website are in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs, which are calculated according to the weight of the parcel and the delivery area. All orders, regardless of their origin, are invoiced and payable exclusively in Euros. Payments are processed through a secure payment solution integrating several providers and offering different payment methods available at the time of ordering, including:

  • By credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard): with immediate debit.
  • By electronic wallet: Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • More generally, by any payment method available at checkout.

Payments are made through secure platforms complying with current security standards, including the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Banking data is never accessible to or stored by the seller. In accordance with European regulations relating to payment services (Directive (EU) 2015/2366, known as PSD2), Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) may be required during payment in order to enhance transaction security. The seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of refusal of payment authorization by financial institutions or in the event of non-payment. Payments may also be made:

  • By cheque payable in France, denominated in Euros and made payable to SOCIETE DES OCRES DE FRANCE, together with the order summary (if you choose to pay by cheque, the order will only be processed upon receipt of payment and shipping times will be extended accordingly).
  • By bank transfer.
  • Administrative purchase order (reserved for public administrations; we accept official administrative purchase orders). These must include all information required for invoicing through the Chorus Pro platform, including: SIRET number, commitment number, contract number, and department/service number.

Only delivered products are invoiced. No backorders will be processed in the event of stock shortages. Our goods are sold subject to retention of title pursuant to French Law No. 80-335 of May 12, 1980, and subsequent related legislation.

Deliveries / Shipments

For all shipments outside the European Union, any customs charges or local taxes remain the responsibility of the consignee.
On average, we send your orders between 24 and 48 hours, excluding products manufactured on order (lime paints, coatings and coloured plasters + specific requests, including samples of these products). Once your package is shipped, delivery takes an average of 2 to 6 business days. This is an estimate based on our previous shipments, the time is not guaranteed. We are talking about an unsecured deadline when the carrier mentions a delivery date only for information purposes. The indication by the carrier of an unsecured period does not mean that it has an unlimited period to deliver your shipment. In the majority of cases, deadlines are met and carriers make every effort to deliver within the indicated deadlines. However, an unsecured shipment cannot be refunded if the delivery time is higher than that initially indicated.


Our shipments are made in the fastest time by "classic" carrier (or express on request), by appointment or during the opening hours of the recipient. In case of unforeseen absence of the consignee, the re-delivery will be the subject of a rebilling. A mobile phone number should be provided to facilitate the booking of appointments.
You can also choose to be delivered as a relay point in the store of your choice – you will find the list of participating shops on our website. Warning : the parcels will be kept only eight days in the relay shops before being returned to us.
In case of package returned to the sender, the transport costs will be at your expense as well as any costs of return. If you do not wish a new expedition of the goods, we will refund the price of your order excluding transport costs (round trip). Are not concerned by the refund the ready-to-use colored products (lime paints, coatings, plasters including samples) made at the request of the consumer and non-refundable.

Package received in poor condition :
The recipient will have to issue precise reservations directly to the carrier at the time of delivery, define the missing products or damage on the delivery note and within 3 days of delivery, confirm its reservations with the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt while informing the seller in parallel.

Right & withdrawal period

The consumer has a deadline of 14 clear days (from receiving the items) to change your mind about your purchase. Not concerned are coloured ready-to-use products (paints, plasters, coatings, including samples) made at the request of the consumer.
We undertake within a maximum of 14 days (upon receipt of return of unused/unopened items) to refund the recipient of the amount paid for the concerned goods, via the same payment method as the one used when ordering (if payment has been make by bank wire, please give us bank details). Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Bills

The invoices will be available in PDF format in the customer area, accessible using your customer identifiers.

Liability / Litigation

Our products are sold by weight or volume in accordance with legislation. Our goods are always sold from our factory, packaged. No packaging is returned or taken back. The goods travel at the risk of the consignee even in the event of free shipment.

No return of products will be accepted without the prior formal agreement of the seller. Complaints must be made within a maximum of 8 days after receipt of the goods. The returns in port due will be systematically refused.

Any challenge, whatever the causes, will always be within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal d'Avignon.
