Choose your Delivery

For any shipment outside the European Union, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient (incoterm DAP).

*We speak of an unsecured period when the carrier mentions a delivery date purely for information only.
The indication by the carrier of an unsecured period does not mean that he has an unlimited time to deliver your shipment.
In the majority of cases, the deadlines are well respected and the carriers make every effort to deliver within the indicated deadlines.
However, an unsecured shipment can not be refunded in case of delivery time greater than originally indicated.

GLS transport (delivery within 2 to 5 days) *

PLEASE NOTE: the package will only be kept for 9 days in the package relay and will then be returned to us - return and re-delivery costs at your expense.

- Chez Vous Plus : Thanks to GLS Chez Vous Plus, we provide our recipient customers with a delivery solution by appointment allowing you to select the delivery day directly by SMS. When ordering on our site, in order to benefit from the GLS Chez Vous PLus service, you must enter your mobile phone number in the field provided.

Attention : it happens that the carrier offers you, in case of absence of your part at the time of delivery, to leave the package somewhere without delivery against signature. Replying to this message automatically releases the liability of the carrier, not allowing you to exercise recourse in case of litigation.

Kuehne and Nagel or XPO transport in France and Europe (3 to 7 days) *
Delivery to the recipient's home (parcel delivered against signature) * The deadlines are approximately 3 to 7 days (not guaranteed) after the parcel has been dispatched. In the absence of the recipient, a calling card will be filed and you will need to contact the carrier to arrange an appointment. Any unclaimed package returned to us will not be refundable

Collection days and times : Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
You can also pass your transporter.
