This binder does not need to be diluted; it is ready to use. You can begin using it by mixing one level spoonful of pigment for one spoonful of binder.
If you want to thicken the mixture, add a touch more pigment. If grinding the pigment is difficult, add a drop of binder to facilitate mixing.
It can be used directly after mixing like watercolor or dried in cups (minimum 2 weeks) for later use.
